It is no longer news that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has begun the UTME Examination on the 27th of February, 2016 which is expected to finish within the first/second week of March, 2016.
According to the rules and regulations of the current system of JAMB. That, as of last year JAMB, the result was released just two hours of after submitting their scripts on-line.

But now, the system has changed, for 2016/17 JAMB examination, it takes them just 30minutes to release the result. This statement is coming right from the JAMB Boss, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde.
So all the candidate that sat for the Jamb 2016 Exams on the 27th will be later expected to check their result, just 30 minutes after sitting for the examination.
According to him, candidates will receive a graphical result of the examination via SMS on the mobile phone numbers they provided during registration. While the actual result will be made available online within four days.
